Many of you, like myself, are very disappointed  with the direction that many of our Public Schools have gone in.  Like many of you, I am concerned about the grooming that is going on within the public school system regarding the promotion of the LGBQT agenda. Unfortunately, I have already been aware of the dilemma that Christian families have personally experienced where a child/ teenager has been exposed to the promotion of this in the public school system. Parents' wishes have been usurped by the public school system and their minors have adopted a LGBTQ belief system because of the influence of teachers and staff at school – often the parents have been the last to find out because the school system has opted not to inform parents of this and are even encouraging in school for the minor to use their preferred pronoun or a different name from their birth name.  We can stand up to this trend by forming alternative educational experiences apart from the public school system.    Checking into Christian Schools in your community is one option; however, those programs are often very expensive and difficult for many families to afford.  We certainly need legislative action promoting the establishment of a school voucher program where families can take their own tax dollars and instead be forced into a secular school setting have the option of taking those tax dollars to spend at a school of the parent's choice that they believe will best honor their family values.  Another option to explore is home schooling.  Two organizations to check into for resources for establishing a Christian based home schooling program are - CHEO (Christian Home Educators of Ohio) https://cheohome.org and HSLDA (Home School Legal Defense Association) https://hslda.org/
