This is a valuable book for small group leaders - whether just beginning to learn how to lead a small group or a seasoned group facilitator.  It takes you through the basics as well as an advanced understanding of the journey in learning how small groups in your church can be used for growth and healing.  It goes over in an in-depth manner how to start a small group, various processes that should go on within a small group, responsibilities of a group facilitator, the responsibilities of group members, and how to deal with specific challenges that can emerge while facilitating a small group. This the book that I am recommending people to begin reading to begin training in how to provide Christian Life Coaching.  It is written by Gary Collins, Ph.D. who years ago was one of the individuals who was  instrumental in defining and developing the field of Christian Counseling.
